1. Accept your body and focus on LOVING your CURVES.(Be Proud Of YOU)!!! Everyone has a different body type so never compare but instead LOVE your CURVES and work on them.

2. Know that you are BEAUTIFUL and beauty is about focusing on improving our health and loving our bodies. (Look in the mirror and see that BEAUTIFUL you looking back at ya’)

3. EXERCISE and treat your body well. (Walk and talk with your friends for 30 minutes three days a week…not only will you catch up on girl talk but also make your CURVES look hot or get an overall CURVY workout on the eliptical machine and put your CURVES in motion)

4. Wear clothes that are form fitting to your CURVES and make you feel good as well as look FABULOUS (If you feel great, you look great!).

5. Eat healthy and splurge in moderation ( Have your cake and eat it too).

6. Stay positive and CHANGE the way you think. Attitude is everything in keeping  your body CURVY (Confidence is key and focus on feeling good).

7. Go get a massage to clear your mind, body and soul(I always feel brand new after a massage).

8. GO SHOPPING!!! Buy yourself a new outfit and accessories to accentuate your CURVEOUSNESS (This is absolute must!)

9. Be a friend to your body(Talk to yourself and think of yourself as a STAR because you are a DIVA).

10. Go out and show the world that your CURVES rock (FABULOUSNESS!!!)
